Terms of Service

1. Service Description

First On Map provides Google Business Profile management for local service businesses. This includes publishing posts to your Google listing, responding to reviews, tracking rankings, and delivering performance reports. You grant us access to your Google Business Profile to perform these services on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You must have ownership or administrative access to the Google Business Profile you connect.

3. Payment Terms

• Setup fee: A one-time fee of $147 is charged at signup. This covers account onboarding, initial post templates, and listing connection.
• Monthly subscription: Starter plan is $147/month. Pro plan is $247/month. Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your signup date.
• Payment method: All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again. Your account may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@firstonmap.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period.
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
• We stop posting and responding to reviews on your behalf. Your Google listing remains exactly as it is.

5. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service operational and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API changes (including Google), and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will communicate any planned disruptions in advance when possible.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during signup.
• Maintain valid Google Business Profile access.
• Notify us promptly if your business information changes (name, address, services).
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Ensure your business complies with Google Business Profile policies.

7. Results Disclaimer

Google ranking results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, Google algorithm changes, review volume, and business location. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or outcomes. Results shown on our marketing materials represent actual customer outcomes but are not guaranteed for every business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First On Map and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

Content we create for your Google Business Profile (posts, review responses) becomes your property. The First On Map platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
